Preview notice
A complete privacy policy with the operating entity, privacy contact, retention periods and customer rights will be published before public booking opens. Use fictional passenger details when testing this preview.
Booking forms
The forms collect passenger names, child dates of birth where required, dietary choices, hotel selections and booking-contact details. They are used to prepare the selected journey. No payment-card information is collected by this preview.
Operator requests
Travel dates, routes, fare quantities and selected hotel locations are sent through the server to Customlinc to retrieve availability and calculate quotes. Booking lookup sends the reference and email address to the operator to check that they match.
Browser storage
The booking interface may keep your in-progress journey in this browser tab so you can move between steps. Booking lookup uses a short-lived, secure server cookie after verification. Supplier credentials are kept on the server and are never placed in the browser.
Operations and analytics
Authorised staff can store booking requests, import operator reservations and prepare customer communications. Access is controlled by staff roles and changes are recorded in an audit log. Anonymous page, search and booking-step counts help us understand how the website is used; these events do not include passenger names or contact details.
Before launch
Customer-support details, a full retention schedule, payment-provider information and the final privacy policy still need to be configured. Payments and reservation submission remain disabled.
